1.WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

2.WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Processing begins 3 hours after payment confirmation and typically takes 3-5 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 2-4 days. Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

3.HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

4.WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. For non-quality issues, such as ordering the wrong size or color, exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
